Directions
From 95 North
- Take Rte 95 North to Rte 246 North. Follow to Rte 99 (in order to take Rte 99 exit, you must get on the right side of the jersey barrier). Follow Rte 99 to the traffic light.
- Take a left onto Mendon Rd
- At the third traffic light, bear right at the fork
- At the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Rte 114 (Diamond Hill Rd)
- Approximately 1 mile on the left is the Women & Infants office located in the Pavilion Plaza
From 295 North
- Take Exit 9B (146 North)
- Take immediate exit to Rte 99 and follow to traffic light
- Take a left onto Mendon Rd
- At the third traffic light, bear right at the fork
- At the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Rte 114 (Diamond Hill Rd)
- Approximately 1 mile on the left is the Women & Infants office located in the Pavilion Plaza
From 295 South
- Take the Rte 114 exit (Diamond Hill Road)
- Take right off exit and continue for 5-6 miles
- Take left onto Rte 114
- After the second traffic light, Women & Infants office is on the right in the Pavilion Plaza
