Starting from the ground up, we designed the layout of our office to be unique. Each caregiver has her own “pod” which contains her own office and three examining rooms for her patients only. The pods are personal, like offices within our office.

We try diligently for patients to be seen on time. Unfortunately, the nature of our practice is somewhat unpredictable and we sometimes fall behind. We appreciate your understanding for situations beyond our control.

Because we have a full lab and ultrasound right on the premises, you get test results much quicker.

We offer some early mornings, evening and Saturday appointments. We also see patients in East Greenwich.

If you require emergency care, there will always be someone at Women & Infant’s Hospital to see you. We share a rotating, on-call schedule with other physicians, although 90 percent of the care we give is delivered by a doctor from our practice.

We participate with the majority of insurers, but it is your responsibility to check with us before your first visit. Please understand that our knowledge of your benefits is general and you must call your insurance provider directly for full information.

Yes. When you call us with common questions or minor problems, please be ready with as much information as possible to help us. Our qualified Medical Assistants and Nurses can help with advice or treatment options according to our guidelines. If they are uncertain, they will consult with a physician and return your call. Should your situation be an emergency, you will be asked to go directly to Women and Infant’s Hospital for evaluation.

Effective March 2012, we have a new policy for missed appointments at Center for OB/GYN. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hour notice. If you do not give us 24 hour notice, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $25 fee for a missed office visit or $50 for a missed procedure or testing appointment.

We realize that some things happen that are out of our control. However, you will be charged a $25 fee for a missed appointment or a $50 fee for a missed office procedure.
