Dr. Browning’s professional interests include obstetrics, family planning and infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding and managing abnormal pap smears.
In her spare time, Dr. Browning enjoys traveling, going to the beach and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Elizabeth Burchard, M.D. received her B.S. from Virginia Tech and M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed her residency with Uniformed Services Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Washington D.C. Elizabeth Buchard, M.D. served as an OB/GYN in the United States Army for seven years and is a fellow of ACOG and board certified by ABOG. Her professional interests include low and high risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. In her spare time, she likes to relax with her husband and two children.
Alicja (Ala) Kreczko, MD • Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland • Received her MD from Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University • Completed her OBGYN residency through Brown University at Women and Infants’ Hospital in Rhode Island • Her medical interests include management of low and high-risk pregnancies, abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery including robotics, and adolescent gynecology. • She lives with her husband and two young children and enjoys knitting, quilting and spending time outdoors and near the ocean.
Dr. Alicja Kreczko is a board-certified generalist OBGYN who grew up in Maryland, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland receiving a Bachelor of Science in neurobiology and physiology. She then came to Rhode Island for medical school at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. She completed her residency through Brown’s OBGYN program at Women and Infants’ Hospital in Rhode Island and is now a lifelong Rhode Islander. Her medical interests include management of high-risk pregnancies, abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery including robotics, and adolescent gynecology. She lives with her husband and two young children and enjoys knitting, quilting, and spending time outdoors and near the ocean. She is accepting new patients and prides herself on clear communication with referring physicians to help coordinate appropriate patient care.

Originally from southeastern Massachusetts, Dr. Saint-Aubin has recently moved back to the area. Through her training at the University of Connecticut, she gained experience in Robotic Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery. She now performs Robotic Surgery at Women and Infants Hospital. Dr. Saint-Aubin is an ABOG board-certified physician.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, skiing and snowboarding, as well as traveling.

Nancy worked for eight years in Philadelphia before moving back to New England in 2015 to be closer to family. Nancy enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters.

As one of the co-founders of our practice, Dr. Boyle is a well-respected physician and a skilled surgeon. She is a Fellow in the American College of OB/GYN and an Associate Professor of OB/GYN at the Brown University Warren Alpert School of Medicine.
Dr. Boyle’s medical interests include the treatment of infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, as well as management of high-risk pregnancies.
In her free time Dr. Boyle hunts for antiques and tends to her garden.
